investment plan and actual execution. Includes location and supplier
assessments, recommendations for accelerating time to market while reducing
costs and risk.
- Sourcing Strategies and Solutions
- The Global Approaches team will develop a Global Resourcing strategy to
meet the needs to software businesses with high collaboration requirement,
accelerated time to market and high flexibility. We'll lay out a plan to
with an optimal balance of in-house expertise, third party talent in low
cost on shore or near shore locations and connect it with an appropriate
